She was the informant at her mother's death.

She is buried in the Old CofE Section 4, Row 5, Grave 1143 along with her husband John Cotterell. The Memorial Inscription reads:

In memory Of / My Dear Husband / JOHN J. COTTERELL / Who Died 11th Feby 1901 Aged 50 Years / Also ELIZABETH / Beloved Wife of the Above / Who Died 29th Oct 1908 Aged 61 Years / At Rest
