   Other names for Caroline were Carrie and Caroline Edith O'Sullivan.

  General Notes:

She lived in Barellan, New South Wales at the time of her mother's death.

Her birth certificate records her name simply as "Caroline", not "Caroline Edith". Her birth record at NSW BDM Indexes is incorrectly recorded with the surname "Denis" (which is her father's middle name).

Her death certificate records that she was 80 years of age when she died which would place her birth year at 1882, two years before Thomas and Susannah married. She was also recorded as born in Inergall (maybe Invercargill?), New Zealand, having been resident in Australia for 70 years.

Thomas' death certificate (1945) records her as the eldest child, aged 61 putting her birth year at around 1884. On her mother's death certificate (1927) she is recorded again as the eldest child at 40 years old which would put her birth year at about 1887. This record fails to mention the deceased child, Sarah Ellen.

Caroline married Albert James Cecil Savage, son of Robert John Savage and Ellen Jane Campbell, on 20 Jan 1913 in St Lukes CofE, Junee, New South Wales, Australia. (Albert James Cecil Savage was born on 1 May 1883 in Carrathool, New South Wales, Australia and died in 1940 in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.)
