General Notes:
His death certificate states that he married in NSW at age 46 (he died aged 47) to "unknown". I am unable to find a record of this marriage at NSW BDM. There is however a record of a John Anstice marrying Mary Sprat in Hay, NSW in 1873. They had 4 children in Hay until 1881 so he is probably a different John.
