bullet  General Notes:

Samuel and Elizabeth emigrated to South Australia on the Storm Cloud an iron ship of 907 tons, under the command of Capt. James Campbell. They departed Plymouth on the 12th February 1858 and arrived at Port Adelaide on the 28th April 1858. They travelled with their infant son Samuel. Also on board were their parents, Samuels young brother Richard, and his elder brother John and his family.

In SA they lived at Kapunda and Moonta. The family religion was Methodist.
