bullet  General Notes:

In 1910 he was still living with his parents on their farm in Elmore, Minnesota with his daughter Iona aged 3. His wife does not appear to be with them, it is possible she was deceased.

He was drafted into the Army on 12 September 1918. At the time his occupation was recorded as "Auto Livery" and his employer was Hunter & Lounsbury, located in Litchfield, Meeker, Minnesota where he lived. His next of kin was his wife Bertha. He was described as medium height, medium build with brown eyes and brown hair.
