Witnesses at her Baptism were James Ritchie and James Young (possibly a relative of Margaret's mother, Agnes)

I have not found any further record of her in East Lothian. In 1792 there was a major epidemic which killed many residents. Perhaps this epidemic claimed young Margaret and possibly also her brothers Charles and Adam.
