John Bromley

  General Notes:

John is often credited with being the first to find gold at Harrietville in Victoria after heading to Beechworth to sell some of the family cattle and horses, and then deciding to try his luck on the diggings.

John married Mary Ann McEwen in Jun 1862 in Growlers Creek, Victoria, Australia. (Mary Ann McEwen was born in 1837 in London, Middlesex, England and died in 1893.)
