Frank Haron was an Overseer of the Grounds at the Royal Agricultural Society Showgrounds at Morre Park in Sydney. His son Sidney appears to have succeeded him by 1943. On Friday 28th February 1936 it was reported in the Sydney Morning Herald that Frank was elected President of the Eastern Suburbs Rugby League Club. He became a Patron and Life Member of the Club. he also managed the first towuring Wallabies football team.
